It's always my humble joy to be part of your day, working alongside you being either or both videographer and photographer. We love the friends and family you share with us. Expertly on the edge of it all; the wild party and the silent meaningful moments along the way.
where do you work?
Based in Key Largo, we travel to Homestead, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, North Carolina, Vermont, Chicago, London. We add a little into the price for travel.
does your work get published?
yes. A big part of our focus after your wedding, elopement, engagement is submitting the photos and video to the online and in print magazines. We love to do this. We always do it, unless you expressly tell us not to.
do you do small weddings?
Yes! We love small weddings. We charge a minimum rate for our services, typically 3 hours. But we are negotiable based on the season. If we are NOT booked there is a chance we can do a discount.
do you do large weddings?
Yes! We love large weddings. We charge a little more for more than 50 people, but we are happy to quote you based on an hourly rate which is the same no matter what size the wedding is. If it goes over 50 we charge a little extra.
can I have drone?
Yes! we offer drone photo and drone video. We must stress it has to be within the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) licensing and insurance regulations. We can discuss it. But pretty much anything before sunset is great, but over the heads of people flying is not permitted. If they are all in a tent or all wearing hard hats, we are good!!
how many photographers?
For small weddings - up t 50 it would be just one of us. We always bring a couple of cameras and sometimes set them up for automatic shots, which captures a lot more. We get the most important angles, on or two...we are professionals.
When the group gets bigger than 50 people, we would bring in a second photographer. And make more magic. And charge more too.
We offer 360 cameras too. It would be stationary and capture everything in timed intervals. Cool to see.
do you do preparations & the bridesmaid party?
Of course! Who would not do that!! Yes. We do love the prep. We enjoy the transformation of you and your brides maids, groomsmen, family members from pre wedding to fully made up and ready.
what do you capture??
We capture large guest groups, and in small groups, family, wedding party, the emotion and the joy.
We get the dancing and the cake cutting and the bouquet tossing and the first dances and the honeymooning..we get everything. Unless you prefer we miss something.
what is your style?
Documentary: we can shoot every thing posed and planned. So we don't miss the memory you have in mind. Or any of the shots you hope to see. Journalistic: we can just follow you around and stop you when we know it is going to be a perfect memory. (This is where you may have to trust us a bit) we don't miss a lot. We tend to get the big picture. We feel like we are 360.
how long until I get to see them?
We process fast. We would send you a gallery within 48 hours. Sometimes sooner. It would be a sneak peek. The full gallery would come a few days later. Via download link. You have private access, you can print or not, you get full copyright certificate to print.
how many photos do I get?
You will get 300 to 800 shots depending on the length of your event. Elopements would be shorter so we would send you about 300 shots.
We shoot thousands...but we don't feel like you want to see that many. So we sift through the best ones and keep the rest on a hard drive - if you feel you want to see more of something odds are we have more...
will you edit them to look pretty?
Yes! Colour, tone, sharpness, blemishes that CAN be removed with a couple of clicks will be removed if you so desire.
Our biggest love is to take that not quite well lit or not quite straight shot and make it perfection. We love to edit. We DO NOT DO PHOTOSHOP. It is a service we offer. We would go elsewhere to get someone to do the work a graphic artist would do on your photos. We get it. But no swapping heads here. Sorry!
We offer one full edit of the whole gallery. That is what we send you. If you find some you want edited we discuss how long it will take and if there is a further charge.
We charge $75 an hour for editing.
will I get a refund
We don't offer refunds. We would book you, and turn another client away in order to keep your scheduled booking. If there is ever a time where we are able to refund you, we will, but we have never been asked to refund a wedding.
During COVID-19 we postponed them. But we are back on track. So, no refunds.

I've been loving the world through SONY ALPHA glass since 2010. Your video will be stunning. Your photographs will be legendary. I am just repeating what my clients say.
how many hours will I need?
Elopements - AKA Mini Weddings - are usually up to 3 hours. Which is my minimum time to be booked. The rate is $2175 - it includes 2 films all edited to deliver your beautiful legacy moments. Pro audio, pro 4K film, pro drone, licensed and insured. drone - far and weather permitting.
how many films will I get
We always make 2 films. your full ceremony with some highlights either side of it and the longer documentary film with all the details. If you want 90 seconds it'll be a little extra.
rain, covid, hurricanes, emergencies
Even rain does not stop me, nor our brides and grooms. We've never failed to capture the beauty and emotion of any of our weddings or elopements. What is booked happens. Period. If I'm late for any reason - it's only happened once in 11 years - ask me and I'll tell you why, but you get a full refund. And we still produce the films.
can we edit ourselves?
Absolutely. $525 per hour for the un-edited RAW files. You got it. We upload to dropbox or you bring an external hard drive and away you go!
what is your rate?
We set the rate at $725 per hour. - INCLUDES EDITING. Whatever you need will happen within that time frame, you'll be able to have me sort through your borrowed and blue, keepsake memory box, arrange flowers, rings, dresses, shoes, and robes, hair and make up, brides maids, grooms men, grooming kit (for those who groom) and everything from beautifully captured walk, the ceremony, first kisses, dances, speeches, cake and wild party. Add ons like time-lapse sunrises, sunsets.

how long until we get the films?
You'll want to supply me with your list of songs, and other preferences for the films ahead of time. Once we have all that we produce within 14 days. Delivery by digital download. We keep the films forever on https://vimeo.com/nadajonesvideo
do you work with a photographer?
Yes, we work with all the photographers on earth. We love it when you tell them we are going to be beside them every step of their way. And we work hard to capture your best footage, while they also capture their best shots.

1) where do you do photography & videography work?
Based in Key Largo, we shoot elopements and weddings all over South Florida. We travel to Homestead, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, North Carolina, Vermont, Chicago, London. We add a little into the price for travel.

2) does your work get published?
Yes! We are Key largo Chamber of Commerce's Featured photographer since 2020 our cover shots as well as 30 other images are spread throughout that beautifully printed magazine. Also, our films are all over Instagram and YouTube. A big part of our focus after your wedding, elopement, engagement is submitting the photos and video to the online and in print magazines. We love to do this. We always do it, unless you expressly tell us not to. Sometimes they get printed others times they don't. It's a gamble.
3) do you do small elopements and tiny weddings?
Yes! We love small weddings. We charge a minimum rate for our services, typically 3 hours. But we are negotiable based on the season. If we are NOT booked there is a chance we can do a discount. We love the small is beautiful theory....our fave events.
4) do you do large weddings?
Yes! We also love the energy and grandness of the large weddings. We charge more for more than 150 people, but we are happy to quote you based on an hourly rate minimum of 3 hours. Our packages begin at $1800 for 3 hours for standard to large weddings. Our packages begin at $3000 for 6 hours for standard weddings.
5) can I have drone?
Yes! We offer drone photo and drone video. We shoot real estate, social media and weddings with drone. It TOTALLY rocks. We must stress it has to be within the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) licensing and insurance regulations. We can discuss it. But pretty much anything within our acceptable daylight hours, and weather norms and assuming there are no NOTAM's or airports within 5 nautical miles, we will be great.
6) how many photographers?
I work with a team, on occasion, but our best work is shot solo. Alongside a photographer or doing both video and photo simultaneously. I always bring a 3 or 4 cameras. One for the main ceremony, one for each of the bride and groom. And which captures a lot more than you'd imagine. We get the most important angles with the moving camera.

(This is where you may have to trust us a bit) we don't miss a lot. We tend to get the big picture. We feel like we are 360.
10) how long until I get to see them? Or the film?
We process fast. We would send you a gallery of photographs within 48 hours. Sometimes sooner. Your full gallery would come a few days later. Via download link. You have private access, you can print or not, you get full copyright certificate to print. Films come 10 days later, or more. Sometimes faster. We offer 2 edits any beyond that are $39.75 an hour for additional video editing.
11) how many photos do I get?
You will get 300 to 900 shots depending on the length of your event. Elopements would be shorter so we would send you about 300 - 500 shots.
We shoot thousands...but we don't feel like you want to see that many. We shoot 'portraits' carefully, these are the magic printable shots you'll want on the mantle piece or your walls.

We DO NOT DO PHOTOSHOP. It is a service we offer. We would go elsewhere to get someone to do the work a graphic artist would do on your photos. We get it. But no swapping heads here. Sorry!
14) will I get a refund
We don't offer refunds. We would book you, and turn another client away in order to keep your scheduled booking. If there is ever a time where we are able to refund you, we will, but we have never been asked to refund a wedding. We have refunded weddings, when things were not looking favourable for us all. Fully refunded weddings still cost us money. So we usually keep a $100 fee.

17) how do I get my videos?
We send you a link to share, download and embed your videos. You SHOULD DOWNLOAD THEM on to your hard drive and save them somewhere for posterity. Also share them with everyone and they will keep them for you too.
